Upturn thoroughly enjoyed attending the British Ex-Forces in Business Awards night in aid of SSAFA. Sir Charlie Mayfield, Chairman of the John Lewis Partnership, gave a very interesting keynote address which really gave us something to consider - mentoring. In the Entrepreneur of the Year category Nick was pipped to the post by Chris Gillan of the Heroes Drinks Company, a very deserving winner.
